ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS

I offer a personalised mindfulness programme which will be discussed during and created after our initial consultation.


In order to feel the benefits of the programme, 8 consecutive weeks are recommended.


The programme will include;

Various meditations and recordings for home use

Mindful activities (to include your interests)

Mindful movement

Mindful eating

Mindful attitudes

Personal journaling and mindful 'homework'

'Mindful Retreat' Day (optional)
