SCHOOL GROUP SESSIONS
I have been teaching for 17 years and have experienced for myself how our busy lives can lead to busy minds and in the worst-case scenario mental health issues and an unmanageable existence.
We end up living our lives through our minds rather than appreciating and experiencing the wonder of life.
Children, like all of us, are affected by changes in their lives. They might not express this with words (possibly tantrums or strops!) but they feel stress.
I have witnessed an increasing amount of children and young people struggling to manage their ability to focus, to still their minds and bodies and having to deal with anxiety, depression and panic attacks.
I am passionate about teaching children and young people the tools they need to enjoy and appreciate life and their education.
I teach mindfulness skills through meditation, music, art, eating and exercise.
I can teach in small groups or individuals and create programmes to suit those involved.
